It\u2019s a fast-paced, light, fun talking-animal story in which a wily fox roams about, using his wits<br>to look for food and drink.<br>First, the Fox tries to convince a Rooster that his hens are sick \u2013 and that the Fox is the doctor to cure them!<br>Then, when the thirsty Fox gets stuck at the bottom of a well, he has to use his trickery to get the Wolf to switch places with him.<br>The play gets sillier and sillier \u2013 and it starts to become clear that the Fox isn\u2019t only just a fox, but also a send-up of men who call themselves holy but are really just saving their own hides.<br>PLS\u2019s mission is to create wild productions of original early drama texts: we\u2019ll use all the original lines (translated into modern English), with lively pacing and playful ad libs and improvisations.
